Weekly Prix Fixe Menu

This week’s Prix Fixe menu includes:   your choice of house salad, Chez Pierre Caesar salad, or soup du jour.

ENTREES:  CHICKEN FLORENTINE (rolled & stuffed w/cheddar cheese, spinach; breaded and served w/a mushroom supreme sauce),  SHRIMP SCAMPI over rice pilaf (garlic, shallots , lemon butter and white wine) and THE CHEF’S NIGHTLY WILD CARD SELECTION

Your server will inform you of the nightly dessert options.

During the month of April the Prix Fixe is $55/couple and  will include a glass of specially selected house wine to celebrate our 55th Anniversary
